- Pork � 250 grams
- Cheese (a firm grade) � 50 grams
- Cepes � 150 grams
- Garlic � 2 cloves
- Onion � 2 heads
- Light beer - 1 bottle
- Spices, pepper and salt �taste
Method of preparation of pork with mushrooms and cheese
- Onions clean and cut on half rings.
- Garlic clear and crumble or rub.
